RESPONSIBILITIES


10 point job description:


➡️Convert Buyers and Sellers to signed agreements at face-to-face appointments using our Benefits Presentation 
➡️Complete VIP Buyer/Listing Contracts and submit to support staff
➡️Show Buyer properties/communicate with Sellers weekly
➡️Submit offers weighted in Buyer’s favor and negotiate/submit offers to Sellers and negotiate best price and terms
➡️Negotiate home inspections/due diligence issues
➡️Review CD with buyer/seller client
➡️Attend closing
➡️Get referrals, testimonials, and 5 Star Reviews!
➡️No grunt prospecting – ever
➡️Repeat! 


QUALIFICATIONS


Job Qualifications:


➡️Must be a Licensed Real Estate Agent
➡️Must have a relevant driver’s license and dependable transportation
➡️In good standing with FREC
➡️Passionate about Real Estate 
➡️Be a team player who thrives working with a tight-knit company where their activities directly affect the bottom line
➡️Enthusiastic with excellent people skills
➡️Ability to communicate effectively (oral and written)
➡️Know how to use Stellar MLS is a Plus!
➡️Know how to write a contract for buyer or seller is preferred
